Uptimly provides uptime monitoring, alerting, and incident management services. While we strive for maximum reliability, we do not guarantee 100% alert accuracy due to factors outside our control, including network latency and third-party service availability.
You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
Plans are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis depending on the option selected. All payments are processed securely via Paddle. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase, no questions asked. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
You agree not to use Uptimly to monitor services you do not own or have authorization to monitor, or to engage in any activity that violates applicable laws.
Uptimly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including losses caused by missed or delayed alerts.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without prior notice.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
